Want a well organize desktop

This is a good start specially for those which are not well organize , imaging creating shortcut from all this program

and place it in our desktop ??? It will end up like twikle twikle little star...

and it will even take more time to find where are document we needed when it is urgent to find ???

Then you will think if i can reformat back my pc to start all over again ?
