Just wanted to share out something i learn from ITIL , I reliase 1 thing is no matter what kind of frameswork best practice , there all can't run away from continuous improve to align with business IT.
What can Deming's Quality Circles apply in ITIL
P.D.C.A stand for (Plan , Do , Check , Act )
-<Consolidate>-----------------------> IT Business alignment
Deming Circle will act as measure guideline for us to "roll" follow IT business strategy at the same time maintaining quality . The Momentun of continous improve will push the ball up to the hill at the same time consolidation progress to 'stop' it roll down.
